As our offerings are regulated by the SEC, potential investors must qualify as either “Accredited” or “Sophisticated” to participate.

Accredited Investor

Earned income that exceeded $200,000 (or $300,000 if filing jointly with a spouse) in each of the prior two years. Expectation of making at least or at least a $1M net worth (excluding the value of your primary residence).

Sophisticated Investor

A type of investor who is deemed to have sufficient investing experience and knowledge to weigh the risks and merits of an investment opportunity.
